Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NPAS process automation platform at npas.app and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

NPAS provides tools to build intake forms, manage submissions in an operator console, automate workflows, and communicate across customer channels. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted.
• Use the Service to send spam or unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data, forms, submissions, and other content you provide (“Customer Data”). You grant NPAS a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary for the Customer Data you process.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by NPAS and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service except as expressly stated.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party products. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms, and NPAS is not responsible for them.

Fees

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to the pricing presented to you. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NPAS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NPAS harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Data or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NPAS operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
